An error in the forum while changing server? or technical difficulties or an unknown problem made PPM off for a couple of days. Atm this forum was set up. Banshee is still trying to get the old layout working so it may be some time.

I think I'm repeating myself here but didn't cosmic distortion create the PPM skins? If they did don't you think they might have a back up of them?
