In the most recent update the system has been changed to now use BZip2 Compression and as such the new clients that are downloaded are now compressed in BZip2(Compresses the clients to about ~50% of there original size) which is incompatible with the earlyer clients autoupdate system.

So, if you want to continue using the app you need to download the new setup file.
