I think the code what enables infantry to shoot inside the battle fortress was added on YR. So, it's not possible to have it on RA2... IMO

yeah the code was added but you can make open topped vehicals i've done it on RA2 i don't remeber what i did though i've been playing yuri's so long now

No, you can't, not without YR.

i'm not going to fight with yah but you can make the code and make open topped vehicals for RA2 i've done it basicly alls you have to do is clone the ifv's ablitty but make it so it works for all infintry that enter the vehical i made a battle apc that was open topped in RA2 i used Tibed and you probably could do it manualy ok

i'm not fighting with yah i'm just saying what i've done before

There is nothing that you can do with TibEd and can't do manually. Au contraire. There are things you can do manually but can't do with TibEd.

It is possible that in RA2 Gunner with multiple Passengers does something whacky like that. Whereas in YR it only allows the first passenger to shoot out, but morphs the turret/name according to the latest-entered passenger. Westwood is famous for creating illogical code.

a much more logical answer to this request would be to simply to purchase YR which can be purchased by a dirty cheap price.

Getting ahold of a copy of YR original is probably harder than buying the C&C pack - Tiberian Sun, Firestorm, Red Alert II, Yuri's Revenge, & Renegade.

And, it's NOT the TFD pack..
