I'm sorry, but Dubzac keeps rolling voxels off faster than you can track them. He has to spend more time on one thing than moving to the next. Some of Dub's voxels are good quality, some aren't..

Thanks Banshee and OrcaCommander, I'm not very good in coding so could yu tell me if there's anything wrong with the code? (There's no sound code because my PC doesn't have a sound card)

add it to the aircraft list in rules.ini,
add it in art.ini

put the voxel and the hva in a mix file ,named expandxx.mix (where xx is a number form 02 to 99) ,within the game folder

Umm...do you mean the GDIDUBJET name in the Art.ini? I don't know what to put. Example the Orca Bomber's:
[ORCAB]
Cameo=OBMBICON
Voxel=yes
PrimaryFireFLH=0,32,0

Then what about the Jet's one?
This?:
[GDIJET]
Cameo= (Umm...is there?)
Voxel=yes
PrimaryFire= (I don't know)
Remappable= (Is this needed?)

What's a ami file?

I've played RA2 with a sound card a few years ago but now nope. All games I'm playing has no sound.

I'd rather die in a vat of highly corrosive acid than play games without sound. Or maybe not...

get a new one, the cheapest compatible one is enough, you have no idea what you're missing.

daTS · Posted: Tue Jun 06, 2006 10:32 pm Post subject:

This voxel is of poor quality. Take a look at mine. I get harsh critisism on most of mine as well, but mine take weeks to do. The design and story is well thought out.. the details are time consuming, and a couple of mine have limeted texture... but they all have one thing in common.... I took my time and actually FINISHED them completely.. most of them 2-3 weeks. My first ever voxel (the light cruiser) got me so far. My suggestion is to take much more time on your voxels, pay attention to detail, and to not roll them off like they are on an assembly line. [b] TIME TIME TIME!!![/b] That is your key here. Take advantage of it. If you mess up horribly... start over fresh. You might come out with something even better than your original design. Smile

Well I don't have money to buy a sound card let alone a speaker and I'm used to the games without sound already.

@destiny : this is what you do ;

just copy the art.ini entry of a similar unit, for example the one you posted

[GDIDUBJET]
Cameo=OBMBICON ; if you want it to display the orca bomber icon for this unit in the sidebar,leave it,else delete this line (then it will apear grey) or change it to the image of the unit you want to display
Voxel=yes ; this is a vxl, so keep it at yes
PrimaryFireFLH=0,32,0 ; the position from which it fires primary weapon (leave it, if you don't like it,change it later)

Destiny · President **Joined**: 02 May 2006 **Location**: Singapore

So will the cameo appear as the Orca Bomber and the Voxel appear as Dub's jet?
