i have created a new voxel and put it ingame, but here's my problem, it isn't at its spot; it is a little bit lower then it should be.
my question is: how to solve this?

Either move the voxel upwards in HVA Builder, or edit the voxel header (move both Z min and Z max bounds up by an equal amount).

Also, you can read this if you didn't sleep during math class. :p
