Display SHP's on the forum?

Im not a coder so i really have no idea if this is possible, but i wondered if it would be possible to create some sort of script, or program that would allow SHP's to be viewed on the forum (like any other attached image).
I know some generals sites have parsers for game replays and thougt something similar for SHP's would be useful.

Yes great idea, but what then when it's turned into a viewable and won't be downloadble as single SHP as its attached?

There should be a link to download underneath, or the image itself could be the link.

only uploadable video file is .RM .... AVI/MPG (/DivX/Xvid/MKV/OGM <-- not necessary) would be nice.
and what kind of video files does TS/RA2 use?
how about sound files?
Voxels auto animated in High, Medium and Low quality depending on the viewers system.

just saying what im thinking, i dont think i need most myself.
