IVI MRP-LRRS3
Hi! Ive made more vehicles! I hope that you'll like this. Im thinking what tanks and vehicles I'll release as some models seem to gain more interest from people than others .
Anyway here's the 'Shrike' I designed it roughly based on the M270 MLRS because the M270 has a good shape and form when attacking.
Nod Artillery have devastating firepower that they can project up to 60 km. This quality has given the Brotherhood's forces the edge in offensive as well as defensive sieges. However, Artillery tanks are very slow moving and are completely useless when taken by surprise in GDI ambushes. That was why the Brotherhood contracted the Isserel Xiang Tze Wu Vehicle Indstries (IVI) to develop a mobile unit similar to the old american M270 MLRS suitable for "shoot and scoot" tactics. IVI developed the 'Shrike' especially for that purpose.
the MRP-LRRS3 made its first appearance in the siege of Beijing. While the main siege units were the Artillery battalion, the more versatile Shrikes were able to exploit certain GDI defense points without fear of being overwhelmed. Once the Shrikes have delivered their payload, they were quickly maneouvered to another spot where they cannot be retaliated to. Whenever light (and even heavy) units were able to break through the bombardment radius, Shrikes didn't have to pack up and run away, they just took to defensive formations while shredding the attackers with rockets.
Pros:
The MRP-LRRS3 doesn't have to deploy to fire, giving it a serious mobility advantage against similar heavy siege units
The MRP-LRRS3 can rapidly, effectively destroy mass and singular targets to a distance of 30Km (basically range 20 in TS)
The MRP-LRRS3 is somewhat faster than the artillery unit.
The MRP-LRRS3 can fire laser guided/radar guided and heatseeking rockets and missiles (with a ROT of 5)
Cons:
The MRP-LRRS3 is expensive. Losing a squad of these will take some time to replenish given tight resources.
The MRP-LRRS3 is out-ranged by the Nod Artillery unit (which in my Mod has a range of 28 )
The MRP-LRRS3 doesn't stand a chance against heavy units that have come to effective contact range.

I wish I could draw like you do. Being able to draw is such an advantage to any form of model making. Especially when making an entirely new tank never before seen. As long as I have good pics to go by, I can duplicate it pretty well. But when I try to come up with a new design, I have trouble transfering that into 3d. It's not impossible, but it takes alot of work.
Your tanks rock! Any of which I would find very entertaining to play with ingame! QUICK_EDIT
