Love that they are expanding the Tiberian series...

Will we still be able to build bases...fortresses the way we could.

Part of the fun was building these "impenetrable" bases...with different types of walls, turrets, etc., and then letting them expand as much as we want, as big as we want, placing items where we want (with some terrain restrictions)...can we still do that?

Creating multiple bases, movable base building units, forgot the name...moveable construction yard i bleive....same?

It looks so perfect in teh screen shots makes me think its pre-placed for you...that would ruin it for me...

As far as I've heard in this last GameStar magazine, construction yard will work in a similar way than TS, with some improvements. They'll have extra cranes and other upgrades to build certain buildings or more than one building per CY. To expand your base, you'll need to train a Mobile Construction Vehicle and deploy it somewhere.

We can't say for certain yet, as no hard details have been revealled yet, and only things to hopefully be included.
And with things regarding walls and such, I don't think any info has been released on this.

To me, the features Im asking about are what makes CnC unique...if they take that out, it will be just like half a dozen 3D RTS's that have been released in the past 3-4 years.
