New "Designer Diary" Announcement: The Story Behind GDI

Originally mentioned by Tyler Adams, a post was made over at GameSpot with more info behind Tiberium Wars.

The lastest announcement goes on about the only seen faction so far in CNC3, the Global Defense Iniative.

This was taken from a topic which went into a "EA is killing the Canon of the Tiberian Series" theme, and kind of an EA Flame, so it had to be controlled.
