ok whenever i try to launch the game is keep saying

"Launcher config file missing

You must run the game from its install directory."

do i need to dl something what is wrong with it????

It's missing Ra2.lcf

It's a small txt file (kinda INI-file like) in which the exe file can find out which program it needs to run.

Mine looks like this:
