My first Tutorial

Well guys i was playing around with the code and found a way to make a ranged super weapon that has emp and plasma effects

this weapon uses a deplyable ICBM to launch the missile
you MUST depoly the ICBM to work

ive used this in my mod and it works ...however it is ranged to 40 the same as the old EMP

=======negitives==============
1.you can't use your EMP cannon any more

2. you will need to make another emp weapon in order to stop the moblie emp form error'ing on you (if you have FS)

This tutorial is kinda useless

its something for a specific modification, not something that is actually helpful to all

I certianly wouldnt want any "Misslie paltfrom's" in my TS game

Hmm, i think ill move to editing discussion ?

It's too specific and may apply to about 1-5000 mods used in TS, I think E.M.P logic could go to much more use.
