GDI Terrorist Activities Detected!
Subject description: They are now attacking civilian buildings! How sad!
Some amateur cameramen managed to film a video from GDI forces attacking a defenseless civilian town. Thesevideosare now being used by human rights organizations to initiate a world wide protest against the GDI's abusive use of military force on civilian areas.
According to GDI representants, that area was being used by terrorists from the Brotherhood of Nod for terrorist activities, however, the videos showed that the area was defenseless, so the presence of Nod terrorists are contested in the scene.
This is not the first time that this kind of activity was detected. Videos displayed during the E³ also showed GDI abusing with mammoth tanks and orca units to attack a similar defenseless civlian city in ruins in a yellow zone. QUICK_EDIT

This could be something new like civilians fight back or it could be Nod rocket soldiers in the building.

there are many poor (unhealthy) people living in those yellow areas. Further you're right. NOD is active in those areas to recruit peoples _________________

During the First Tiberium War (the story of the first game, Command & Conquer or Tiberian Dawn), GDI fought Nod forces on a multitude of fronts. Lastly, everyone is begging to see Nod, well rest assured, this will be a huge for C&C 3, so don't sleep.

Like the TS Nod ending...3 ICBMs flew into the vacumm-ed orbit and boom-ed the Philadelphia. Solomon and the rest were killed. So...does Southern Cross take over? Not yet, The Philadelphia is going to be destroyed on the day of Tiberium Wars release. Right now they are just maintaining their armies and fighting simple border skirmishes.
I'm, not sure who is going to take over. I'd assume Southern Cross because they seem to be the earth bound GDI command center. But more likely they are going to fragment command like Nod. I mean it does work, just not as effectively as being led by a single mind. QUICK_EDIT
