how do i make this turret so it stays in the same spot at all times but can still rotate?

The voxel bounds were all wrong, and when you position turrets in HVA builder. The center where you want the turret to rotate must have the Y axis (vertical) passing throught the center of it. The unit should also be "on" the horizontal axis'. Not centered between them. (This applys to ground vehicles)

In the art code for your unit. Add this line, TurretOffset=-9 (If -9 is too much or too little, tweak it)
