I've been doing some changes in the organizations of the forums here. Now it's in order of priority instead of putting the offtopic stuff above as it was before. We also have 2 new forums, one for PPM: Final Dawn and one for the Warcraft 3 mod. The main forum is now different and it's a forum for site talk, PPM (the modding making group) talk and also talk about some special events that our site may host. So, offtopic chi chat is definitelly in the General Offtopic Discussion boards...
