Hi, these are just a few of the new IVI products Very Happy I made during the time our net was down #Mad .

the IVI SPHAFV-5 'Lancer' Levitank is a hover light tank.
Overview:
Weap=1x autotracking 105mm mass driver.
Max Speed=144mph

The Lancer fills the role of Levitank Cavalry. when faced with entrenched enemies, Lancer pilots move to max speed to mow down infantry and cause havoc among tank formations. this tactic has been used since the olden times and is still effective in causing panic and formation breaks in infantry positions. it's extreme mobility and speed enables the scantily armored light levitank to evade while at the same time attacking entrenched targets or armored columns. In a head to head fight however, the Lancer can be easily destroyed even by IVI MRP-T5 Skippers: the cheapest light tank IVI offers.

Pros:very fast,very high ROT,moderate cannon damage,can rout infantry
Cons:very expensive (1950),low survivability rate in firefight,light armor

the IVI-SPHAFV-6b "Lacreon" Hover Battletank
Overview:
Weap=AuTra 120mm mass driver
Max Speed=95mph

With the success of the Lancer, GDI contacted Mr. Isserel to produce for them a battle tank that is not subject to the rough terrain of today's world. unfortunately, such is no easy task. battle tanks need to have high survivabilty ratio as well as strong firepower. After lots of brainstorming, the Lacreon was designed. It is much bulkier than the Lancer but has heavy armor and lots of ERA (Explosive Reactive Armor) on it's hull. Speed was sacrificed however as the cold fusion reactor is already stressed with the power required to fuel such a hovering beast. it's turret has defensive plates on it too.
Pros:heavy armor, high survivability,120mm MD can shred light tanks
Cons:expensive (costs 1500), fires slowly, can be defeated by Scarabs

the IVI SPWU-2 'Wing Chun' light advanced assault mech
Overview:
Weap=1x 9mm Railshot Induced Plasma Trail Cannon (PTC)
1x 60mm Anti Infantry Auto Cannon
1x STREAK MRM launchers (10 MRMs)
Max Speed=60mph on road, 50mph on conter, 48mph on rough

The Wing Chun is the second Mech that IVI has designed. the first one, the Miki-Mek is still undergoing redesigns because of it's bulky form and uneconomical cost vs performance ratio. Balance is maintained by constantly rotating gyros that shift to adjust to the weight distribution of the mech.
Newer Mechs like the Wing Chun have advantages over tanks like their multi-weapon systems: the Wing Chun Pilot controls the firing systems and arm movements by his very own limbs.. that is, control of the mech is done by two joysticks attached to limb cases in which the pilot places his arms. these limb cases can be completely rotated 180 degrees on any direction (much like human bones on sockets). New Mechs also have arms that can be used to grab objects or perform various tasks. Unfortunately, advanced mechs are and will always be more costly than tanks (like the IVI MRP-T2 Weevil that costs only 650, the IVI MRP-T5, 500 etc.) moreover, it is much much harder to provide armor to mechs than to tanks. Whether mechs will replace tanks remains to be seen. the Brotherhood sticks with tanks though...

Pros: the PTC pierces any armor with ease,the Wing Chun has high ROT, is stronger than most light tanks (Weevil has 700, Isserel's light tank has 800)
Cons: weaker HP than battle tanks (Achron has 1250, Scarab has 1050) or even the old mech Titan (has 950hp in my mod), the mammoth has (1500 hp)

The IVI MRP-T4b Flea Mk2
Overview:
Weap:40mm AC, SPIKE Laser Guided AT rocket launcher system
Max Speed: 80mph on road, 75mph on conter, 60 mph on rough

The Brotherhood signed a contract with mr Isserel, owner and head Chair of IVI to produce for them an IFV. The original Flea performed well but Kane wasn't satisfied with the look of it. "Look here mr. Xiang, you have to maintain the sleek form that's associated with our Brotherhood" says he. "you've done just that with your previous products so do it again with this load of crap" continued Kane. "yeah whatever" says I. Even though the Flea performed well on the combat scale, it's hull was redesigned to look much sleeker and fatter in order to resemble the notorious pest (which in today's world 2051 is an endangered species).

Pros:Can carry up to 6 troops, has heavy armor, has antitank capability (although no match on 1 vs 1), can kill infantry to provide firesupport to advancing friendly troops.
Cons:carries less than the [SAPC] (in my mod it carries 10). although heavily armored, still has few hp (only 500), SPIKE missiles damage tanks significantly but still no match to tanks' weapons:mass drivers

There you go!! Very Happy btw, the Lacreon isn't shown in the screenie.. it's an Achron mk2 that's shown :S

Hi, thanks for the feedback.. Ill put the Lacreon on the next pack along iwth other voxels you liked.. Smile

BTW, I read in another thread that there's a mximum number of added units. 100? Is this true? Question the author of the post said that if the available units' count reaches 100 or more, the AI goes nuts and retards! #Cussing out

Is this true? Can anyone confirm this? That's just too bad because I was planning to saturate my TS with lots and lots of diverse IVI units so that players will have varied strategies and tactics to choose with the unit selections! Sad
