I can help as a military researcher but that means that you're going to have to include such units as the M103 , T-10M , MBT-70, SP-70

Well, that sounds good. I know that the units you listed are indefinitely not frontline units, but this mod will not just include the expected battles, but also fictional ones, some that may even seem a bit unreal, some just for fun, so "sabotage the MBT-70 prototype in Germany" like mission are not out of the picture.

the T-10M was in production for the soviet union. I really think though that we shouldnt make up fictional units and instead use "projected military hardware" that never got off to the prototype or got to the design stage.

Okay sure. I recently watched a documentary on the cold war and there was this scenario scheduled for 1957 called DAY A when all the US abombers will drop abombs all over the soviet union.
