They do look very good ingame, and would appear to fit in quite well.
My only comment is the barrels underneath the giant shed look too bright to be in its shadow. _________________ If there is a problem on the forums, PM me. QUICK_EDIT
That radar IS form starcraft. I said it before: I took some doodads from starcraft (with all due respect of course): namely, the Space platform doodad Dome-plant container, that 4 poled structure too. I also converted some desert doodads from SC too namely: the single and double container looking thing. I want to make it clear that I NEVER did (and NEVER will) claim that those were my work; I don't claim other's people's work as my own .
What I'm showing here are those two rag-tag looking structures which are 100% mine. Well, is that definitive enough?
And as a side note, those were inspired by Fallout. I am a proud and declared FALLOUT universe FANATIC. Moreover, if there was some way to mod Fallout2 to play as a Shi character I would mod it too . Now, I particularly like Fallout's post apocalyptic wasteland scenario (not the misfortune that has befallen the world's populace) where cities are rare, the world is mysterious and not overcrowded and people fend for themselves and towns are self sustained city states. Moreover, the rag-tag villages really appeal to me too (I don't know why). QUICK_EDIT

Hey! I see your back on the voxel/shp jobs! I had a long break as I kept getting fustrated but not I have found out how to edit the voxel in different views, so expect me to make a new tank soon! _________________ My name is Shadow... I am Lord of the Shadows! NOD rules!!!!
anyway here's a work in progress: the IVI Dealer Agency
Concept: IVI has dealers all over the place. especially where there are on going conflicts (it's actually harder to find a place where there is NO conflict these times). IVI deals in military as well as civilian and industrial vehicles. IVI affiliates like the Ty-Resurreccion group of companies focus on land rehabilitation and infrastructure restoration (rather ironic isn't it). The Secessionist gained IVI's support because of a fortunate turn of events. An IVI agency was currently being raided and it's staff being threatened by the unruly brigands when a Secessionist band came across them. The Secessionists fought a grueling 3-hour gun fight with the raiders before finally driving them away. They freed the staff and aided them until IVI security finally came. In return for this small favor, the head of the agency's staff set up the Secessionists a deal with the IVI board: the agreement to provide them specially designed units that are equipped with similar state of the art systems and weapons.... for a price.
Gameplay effects: the Secessionist forces in my mod rarely have tanks. They aren't very wealthy being a rag-tag group and all and the bulk of their forces are just varied types of infantry (whose SHPs I still have to do ::GROAN:: ) and salvaged civilian vehicles (whose Voxels are still in progress ::more GROAN:: ) However, coming into contact with an IVI agency in the mission maps will enable the Secessionist player to buy IVI tanks. While IVI tanks for secessionist troops are cheap (the light tank costs 450 the heavy tank costs 900), in the view of the Secessionist the light tank is like buying a mammoth mark 2. (their harvesters are pick-up trucks and shovelers wearing protective clothing and they harvest by shoveling tiberium). Figure it out
really? it's meant to be bright colored because it's a well constructed building after all.. unlike the squatters' buildings. But if making it a bit darker will help then I'll make a darker version..
what exactly do you mean by RA2-ish, colonel? QUICK_EDIT

can´t see last pic...but the windows should be black/grey instead of blue
othere than that good work _________________ just a simple logo by bricks @ raminator, on Flickr QUICK_EDIT
Overview:
Before the calamities that befell the world, concrete was so abundant that typically every self-respecting building was made of it. The first tiberium war left the world in economic disarray that degraded into massive civil unrest, national fragmentation and the events that led to the 2nd tiberium war. nowadays, mining is basically nonexistent because precious metals are so easily harvested due to tiberium leeching from the ground. however, some compounds that are needed to create cement came in hard supply. Finding an intact concrete building is very rare in yellow zones and even those who are damaged are prized by their inhabitants.
here's a new building.. well it's more of a gateway than a building... It's a common sight in chinese towns and you can see one of these in Chinatown, Manila and practically every chinatown in the world.
It's called a Paifang or Paifong. it's similar to the Torii of the japanese. But unlike theirs, the chinese paifang doesn't necessarily represent the borders of the world and the spirit world, it's more of a good luck sign.
Concept:
While 46% of the population in New Xiao Mei are Protestant Christians, (24% Methodist, 12% Baptist, 8% Calvinist, 2% others), traditional buddhism comes next at 35%. the rest are of various religions. there are atheists in New Xiao Mei but they constitute only a 0.5% of the population. Religious freedom is exercised in New Xiao Mei although demonic worship is strictly forbidden and is punishable by death-by-stoning.
The buddhists of New Xiao Mei erect Paifangs at busy gateways and at every entrance to New Xiao Mei. They believe that it represents good luck and passing through there will ensure a lucky day. While the stricter protestant sects frown on such superstitions, many protestants erect similar structures purely for aesthetic purposes and as some sort of traditio-cultural signature.
Great SHPs, really good, you must put alot of work into them. One thing id recommend is learning to texture a little better, imo, you should learn Photoshop and make textures in that to paste onto it. _________________ Folio.

Incredible, incredible work!
You say you use paint and SHP Builder to make this stuff, right?
If so, please tell how, master. _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90
