Novus Ordo Released!

I'm proud to announce the first public release of Novus Ordo! This total conversion has been in development for over two years and is more than playable (in fact, I'd argue that the balance is better than regular TS itself). The graphical side is, unfortunately, lacking, but the fun dynamics of the game more than make up for it. There are some graphical errors and missing cameos, but with all the units in place, it barely matters. I will be fixing any pressing issues as time goes on (time-permitting) and I assure you that work on the mod won't stop now, if you want to report bugs then please post them at the main forum for the mod (see below).

I just wish I could've got all the graphics done. Ah well, they can be done in due course, I'm just glad that after two years people other than beta testers can actually enjoy the mod.

how do i install it without a installer?

Extract everything into the TS directory and run TS normally. To uninstall, remove the files that were extracted.

Please - don't reuse sounds from spy - and give it to Hulk... err... mutant...

Did you erase GDI and NOD?

I don't exactly have all the sounds yet. The Chameleon Spy sounds are still used because that's the unit I based the Transgenic on.
And yes, all GDI and Nod-related things are deleted, this is a total conversion after all. I can't understand how people find it so difficult to understand how I removed two sides and replaced them with two new ones.

With the amount of fan prequels, fan sequels, add-ons, and remakes that appear around the community. Total Conversions cause confusion, even though the name is SELF EXPLANATORY. It's a sad thing really. This community needs more TCs.
