how did you do that...i have Photoshop elements 5 and dont see any animate features and stuff...do i have the wrong program?

The animation is animated with layers. One layer = one frame

How to animate? File -> save for web -> selekt GIF as formot, and mark the box "animate" try it out and have fun!
