Where do i look for the ra2 csf file that contains all the strings I need ?

Thanks it seems my xcc mixer was displaying the results as HEX files with the extensions so thats why i asked.

XCC Mixer has internal tools to mess up with it. You should try launching the XCC String Table Editor in the launch menu. You can click Open there to open the file that you want.
