Tony has released the first open beta of his mod Final Dusk. Download From This Topic!

Final Dusk has no plot just a maniac of an AI and pure carnage. The AI will give any experienced player a difficult challenge. It has even defeated the creator!. I feel some Terminator paranoia at this but I have found it a refreshing challenge. The are several Unit replacements as well as add ons including a bigger navy a V3 launcher that now launches 2 missiles instead of 1.
For those of wondering "But what if I want to play Classic RA2 (this is not for YR yet) with out the enhancements or revisions and not having to hunt and peck to remove every file" Not to worry this mod is using the XCC Mod Launcher! so everything is self contained and is automatically cleaned up when you exit the game, unless you cut the power to your tower while the game is running.

However these do! Mind you these were taken before the current version.

Hey, cool, is that my MBT cameo I see there?

Do fix the turreted howitzer though. It just does not look right that way.

yeah,damn parabombs...anyways this is a * Beta* and ill be fixing/replacing some things soon.

and @ EVA.. that is your cameo #Tongue and your tank is included too.

for any further info on assets the credits are included with the mod download.

JGS has switched hosts so the topic has been updated to reflect the new topic. There is also a turny taking place on the 10th using V.66 which will have a lot of bug fixes and will be released shortly.

Download V.66 Beta from this topic

And here it is, I removed parabombs..and fixed some weapon animations...along with some other issues..

Anyways, This will be the last beta release until 1.0

Thanks AG, and I know that asking will sometimes get needed answers..
But In the first release above I had just recently added the bombs..and really just kind of Rushed and threw the code together....I'll just not go into the details on that.
Anyways, every time I look at those POORLY chosen Screenshots by Orca Commander-
( thanks bud.. I really appreciate that Neutral)
I get more and more pissed off, so I removed the parabombs all together..

There!! everyones happy ENOUGH about the * removed foul language* bombs already !!

In further news..I cannot begin to say when FD 1.0 will be done as im bored with modding and have been spending far less time even Near my PC.

I love the missile tank, the voxel for the SCUD launcher and the seige bombers, but i suggest upping the price of the bomber to 2500 or decreasing it's power, because theres no stopping 8 seuge bombers from killing off your buildings and conyard :S

Actually I have. The pats now shoot 2 missiles and the flaks also have 2 cannons now.
