In one of the RA1 Soviet breifings(Which opens up to a big Soviet parade being watched by Stalin and Nadia), and the RA2 Soviet breif for the Vladivostok level(turn up the volume to the maximum and try to overhear Yuri and Romanov.) you'll hear the same tune, albeit very quiet.
