No, what I ment was downloads because I lost TD a long time ago.

isnt that illegal for those who share them, because of the copyrights? (btw TD is very cheap now, only 5€ here in germany so i assume not more than 5$ for the english version)

Perhaps. It depends on the use I think.

Do: Use it to personal perpase. Give creddit to the creator (WestWood, not EA)

Don't: tell everyone that you did "make" it or take credits for it

The company that made it is dead & the company that owns the series shouldn't give a wooden sh!t about it anymore.

Needless to say, they probably do.

So if I credit them then it's ok?

EA Really doesn't give a rats fuggelbum regarding the music from the Westwood games, its mostly the EA games that they very faintly worry about anyway.
