5 Bulgarian Nurses and Palestinan Doctor sentenced to death!

Dear PPM users!

It's been a sad day for Bulgaria. An 8 year trial about the Bulgarian Medics in Lybia is about to end. The farce was about HIV infectation. The 5 Bulgarian nurses and the Palestinian Doctor have been sentenced to death, although world known and aknlowledged AIDS scientists have proved the Bulgarians and the Palestinian are innocent. Please support our nation and help the lives of these innocent people to be spared, because behind this trial there are many political issues Lybia wants to take care of.

sad countries still have the death penalties in the punishment of law.

I personally am a strong supporter of the death penalty, and wish it were used more in my country. But, this is not the reason I'm not going to sign this petition. You have no information present about the trial, and that makes it hard for me to decide if I should disagree with the verdict. I am afraid many others here will come to the same conclusion, so I suggest you offer some more information. Just to prevent this same issue from hurting your cause...

i completely agree.
that, plus the fact i dont really care. people die anyway, theres no stopping it. dont be naïve.

8 years in an Arabic prison. The reason - one mother saw one of the nurses beat an injection on her kid. Then, in some time she finds out the kid has AIDS. So, naturally, it's the nurses fault.

Also, in the beggining of the trial, there were ~160 kids with AIDS. Now there are 540, even thought the nurses are no longer in the hospital.

Also, renouned scientists and AIDS specialists have proven many times that the infaction began 6 months before the nurses even came to Lybia.
