Since The Hypnotist returned from the C&C3 Community Summit, he has been producing a lot of podcasts. One to spread his opinion about the event and his passion at EA games and now, the second one, where he wants to unite the community and stop stupid and senseless EA bashing.

I am no fan of generalizations, but I must agree that blind criticism at anything (and this includes EA) is stupid. Listen to what he has to say and take your conclusions.

Hit the nail right on the head there. This community and many others have become like a breeding ground for hate, insults and flames. I just get depressed when reading most of the response EA-related news has gotten since the announcement, and that doesn't exactly inspire me to partake in discussions.

great podcast, but i do feel insulted here.
its because of alot of communitie leaders the fans are bashing EA, now that u been over at EA now u seem to be blaming us for it all while your the ones that put those words in the fans heads, ofcourse notting like EA sucks but u communitie leaders DID trigger this, dont blame us for it.

i have notting but love for CNC (i dont really care who is making it aslong as i can do what i have been doing for ten years thats play CNC), i like all CNC games, ofcourse if i have to pick one as my fav its TS ofcourse.

sry if some of it is messed up, i'm not a 100% atm.

i dont feel insulted, cuz i didnt bash EA. i may have said that i hate them once or twice, but thats mainly for BattleField 2, and LotR (which i hate anyway)
you feeling insulted just means you did bash EA, so in a sense, its justified.

i feel insulted because those that lead this communitie are pointing the finger at us while they are the ones that started it all, well part of it.

i cant recall me ever bashing EA, well maybe for TFD because it needs a patch, but other then that...

I didn't say shit about EA (unless they REALLY did mess something up.. Tiberium Wars seems wonderful, but MIT on Tiberium? Why spend the money when you can just continue what was previously explained?).. I like EA and most of thier games (not a big EA Sports Fan, aside from NASCAR). They've come up with brilliant genres like the Burnout Series and the Need For Speed Series, not to mention their continuation of Command & Conquer when it could have been left for dead..
