For those of you playing this mod for the first time, I've tried to bring as much balance into the game as possible while adding new units and maps to bring some spice back into multiplayer and skirmish.
So go on, get the full version... or the lite version if you're still in the Internet stone age.

@ Yotta - no, this is an awesome mod, where Crazy Ivan and Tesla Troopers are actually usefull and you get awesome air and sea power plus SEAL kick butt even better. And there is Volkov QUICK_EDIT
Since I totally botched a couple of things in the first release, I've prepared a new release with those fixes and a few tweaks included... and, of course, a new launcher background courtesy of Gamemate.
O RLY? You'd prefer an AI which doesn't attack you early on, but lets you build up and create a big army to punish it? For Kane sake, Beo made the AI more like a real person...

no beo made the AI to an unbeatable bastard attacking me in the first minute with tons of seals, tanks and troops, in masses when i really on easy mode build in highspeed rrefinery and barracks, barracks wasn't even finished to place on the field and seals were standing in the middle of my base, end of story, that is not a realistic opponent, that is UBER cheating, and that makes no fun, i like clever ai's, but that ai is not clever it is just cheating, non stop rushing even if you hold your base for a while on a big map you'll lose, give me a screenshot if you ever won a match there.
KKND 2 had a clever ai and was very strong too, but this is just ridiculous, by counting enemy units when i had build the refinery the enemy AI must had have 4 warfactories, 2 refineries, and megaspeed production. _________________ Hydraw Art on Facebook QUICK_EDIT
that would probably bring something in cities, but not for long conscripts do not have a chance against seals, dogs get killed very fast but they can take out a few with luck, as i said....they made a non stop rush i had no chance, i couldn't build cheap units fast enough to encounter these attacks atleast they came with air support. _________________ Hydraw Art on Facebook QUICK_EDIT

Rushing is fun, gives the game more action. Some people cant take it and call it nooby.
The AI is alright at attacking, but the defence is retarded. They stuff their own base full of units, usually ending up in miners and other units getting blocked.
Interesting units, great fun to try out different task forces. However, there is a cameo in there that i am very familier with and yet no credit. _________________ Folio.
If Allied, build 5 GGIs and a SEAL. If used properly, you can stop tons of tanks as the GGIs simply pound the shit out of them. One SEAL, if used properly, simply anihilates all infantry, even enemy SEALs and combined with GGIs and a few other SEAL can actually screw tank formations.
If playing Soviets, just churn out Tesla Troopers by the tons and build a few Crazy Ivans. Trust me, those combos own. Then simply build a few Yuri clones and your defences are complete. Just remember to pack a lot of AA, because mid game and beyond it gets annoying - the AI always tries to take out my Barracks, WF and refineries.
Also blubb, when playing with Allies, do build the Light tanks. In masses they can be very useful, not to mention that their speed is ideal for harvester and other attacks
rushing is ok, but i never had an internet game with another player what has pumped my base full of seals (what obivously is a later tech unit) and tanks when i couldn't build up a barrack, that is not really funny and NO one can tell me that someone won in such a situation.
deployed con yard, build barrack, placed it, as fast aas i can, and pumped up the build qeue with dogs and conscripts and start to build a refinery was the best i could ever do, there is no other way, and it still don't work,
i don't call it noobish, but its a dumb tactic that need not really much brainy, and if that is the only thing ai can do then it is not clever, its stronger trough cheating, but not more clever.

the seals arent the biggest problem, dogs do it better, mixed with conscripts as i said its the best i can do, but the hordes of tanks are problem 2, and the 3 prolem is that enemy incomings are in less then 1 minute short intervalls and another heavier than the last, i don'T know how YOU manage to harvest ore ,IF you have a refinery that is not destroyed or dammaged plus to build a weapons factory and produce tanks... _________________ Hydraw Art on Facebook QUICK_EDIT
It just takes training. You buil your refinery in the back, behind 2-3 Sentry guns/Pill boxes, barracks and a sturdy line of GGI's/TTropers and your starting tanks and infantry. When you build your Refinery, build a Warfactory and start churning out light tanks. Don't stop building GGI's/TTroopers, as they are your main defence against the enemy, along with SEALs/Crazy Ivans. When you get Radar, start building another power plant, then build your Batttle lab. In this time, you should have about 20 GGI's/TTroopers and 25-30 main tanks. From then on you can handle by yourself.
I personally think the AI is too weak, because once i setup my defences, it's a matter of building the siege units untill the game is over. I have yet to loose a single Prism tank in the 23 battles vs 5 Hell AIs I played these last few days. QUICK_EDIT

Wow... I just totally pwned on 1vs1... OMGLIEKMONEY mode, Official Tourny B., of course, AI in Hell mode. I kicked buckets of ass, guys. I was Britan and my Hell enemy was Russia. I would have been obliterated if not for Snipers and Mirage Tanks, holy crap... but anyway, yeah, I held down the tanks with a forest of Mirages and the endless amounts of infantry with Sniper IFVs. The MiGs constantly storming my base were a royal pain, but I rebuilt faster than they destroyed. While I suppressed the land attacks, I tore into the base with 12 Raptors and leveled the ConYard, then destroyed 2 of the 3 War Factories with a Lightning Storm. I chronoed in some Prisms and destroyed the last WF, Barracks, and Iron Curtain before Apocs blew them apart. Then the REAL fun began; 10 Battleships flanked either side of the base and butt-raped everything inside. I moved in my Mirages and finished off the land-dwelling survivors, then stuck in an Aegis Cruiser right below the pack of Hinds that were camping out. I'm not saying it was too easy, hell no, 3 Apocs were Iron Curtained and blew up my ConYard, but I managed to get them with Tanya before my WFs were destroyed. It's hard, but in some situations, Beowulf, not hard enough. A great RA2 mod, TBH. Keep up the awesome work!
Sorry that I don't have screenshots; I forgot what the screenshot command for RA2 is... I tried Shift+S but it didn't do anything (of course...), and I forgot I could check what the keyboard commands are in the menu... <_< _________________

You've obviously never played online with me, so you don't know how I play. I did try an early rush, but the AI had trained a bunch of Tesla Troopers and eviscerated my tanks. _________________

Hmm, I have heard much about this mod. Ok well, the AI is rape from what I hear.
Just a bit of info: An AI that can own you without cheating is a better AI than one that does(multi war factories/barracks and disobeying prereqs severely)
But from first impressions, I like the look of this mod. I should check it out.
