TS does weird, again

Can somebody tell me why this happen?
I made a new button .PCX, but it appears in TS as a black rectangle!
How can I fix this?

It is placed in Expand55.mix, I also tried this in a Ecache.mix and without placing it in a mix.
But both won't work, even expand wont work

Maybe it is in the wrong pallette.

The menus dont use palletes. Whats wron is that you have your PCX in "RGB colour" mode. All menu buttons must be in "Indexed colour" mode. I'm not sure how you change it in every program, but in photoshop (my version anyway), go to Image>Mode. In there you willget 4 choices - RGB, bitmap, grayscale, and indexed colour. RGB will be selected. Simpy select "Indexed colour", and save. It should work then.

Yea, it's made in RGB colours, but I don't know how to save it in "Indexed colour". The progam I use doesn't have a choiche for diverent types of palettes. I've an other program, what does support that, but that gives a strange border around the button...
