I'm pretty new to voxel modeling, I've made a few vehicles and put them in the game with no problem, but my question is: is it possible to give a tank an offset turret without the turret rotating around the centre of the tank (floating off its base), or without offsetting the entire tank so the turret is centred?

Thank you...

art.ini: turretoffset=
and i hope you correctly placed the turret in HVAbuilder using voxel offset.

Remember this: Do not move your turret in the Z-axis (and not in X-axis unless you are definitely sure) when using Voxel Offset (when you're making the HVA file for you unit), because you can determine the location of the turret in the Z-axis in the art.ini, using the tag "TurretOffset". The consequences would be the turret floating vaguely.

"turretoffset=" don't work anymore on my LEGAL copy of TDF (looking at RA2YR+RP) Why is that? I did copy the "turretoffset=" from the warminer, to make shure it works. Works on the Warminer, but not on my costom vxl's...

It does, you just have set a wrong value or something.
