Tiberium Earth Voxel Comp
*Tony came up with this idea*
Ok me and Tony over at Tiberium Earth in the Forums are starting a voxel comp. We wanted to have some judges of course, so we decided it would be best to have people come here and apply since PPM might be supporting it. So... if you would like to be a judge, you can do so by just posting this:
Example request: (replace "blah blah blah" with your answer )
History of making voxels: blah blah blah
Age: blah blah blah
Why you think you would be a good judge: blah blah blah _________________

Totally off topic in a way... Dude, if I want to send in maps/voxels for download in general without entering a comp where do I send them? No address I see... _________________ PPM's Reichstrollfuherer, 236th Trollenparties brigade. QUICK_EDIT
The idea is good actually, but Raminator's CnC Resources are making a vxl competition soon. So you'd be better off doing something else or helping them with their comp.

History of making voxels: 125 voxels comlpeted, 119 of them is secret
Age: 1992
Why you think you would be a good judge: 'Cos I love finding bad/unperfect parts of a voxel. I look for the small details, moastly normals and black holes. _________________ This is a signature QUICK_EDIT

Ya raminator is hosting one, so tbh you might as well just do some thing else because we already have judges and layout and what not done, we just have a set date on witch we are gonna start. _________________ MadHQ's Graveyard - Click here!

rami's has been in planning for months, with carefully planned out rules and judging criteria, as well as a set staff of organisers planners and judges. No offence but IMO if you've only gotten as far as thinking you may need judges you may be overshadowed. Plan it out, wait for the next one to pass, and observe all you can. If leaving it awhile would result in a better comp for all, theres no point hurrying it.
Also, I'd personally be asking people to judge, rather than just hoping someone respectable, tallented, and capable of fair assesment and useable feedback will apply. _________________
