Rock Patch Celebration Edition!

Rock Patch is 2 years old and, to celebrate it, CnCVK has recently released the Rock Patch Celebration Edition (RPCE) that adds inumerous cool new features for your Yuri's Revenge like:

*up to 16 colors in DropDown STT: PlayerColor9 - STT: PlayerColorF
*UISettings section
*Map snapshots SNAP*.MAP and RandMap.Map
*4th EVA
*RANDMAP.MAP
*New Actions support
*Custom attack cursor for weapon
*Third campaign TUT1 -> THD1 now
*FourthDisguise
*FthParaDropNum and FthParaDropInf
*Animation SW now support EVAActivated
*AutoFire super weapon bug fixed
*Bounty fix
*IonCannon SW
*DropPod SW
*Some error handling added
*Revision out added
*Immunity fix

CnCVK also warned everyone that mods made for old versions of Rock Patch may not be compatible with this one. So, you'd better keep a copy of any older versions of Rock Patch.

Cool, seeing this here made my day. Hey, Banshee, I thought you were against RP because of the way it allows TFD users to play...?

Oh, and if you haven't been looking around RenegadeProjects, there is alot of confusion about stuff. The offline help update 2, I do believe, has all the mistyped and outdated tags fixed.

Edit the droppod codes in [General] and you get what you want + download ArgCmdr droppods for RA2 on YrArgentina.

VK, just wondering - why did you rename old tags? Tha's rather...useless if they work good enough already. Why fix what isn't broken?

NO? no TFD? But I need TFD suport!? I have a originale YR, but my RA2 is broke Sad

(no RA2, no YR) Pleace, make it suport TFD, and I need some of the features for my mod, Blue Crystal

Yes, after extended testing, I've found this quite ridiculous myself. I'll stick to 1.07b, it's the best version for what I need.

PaD, you need to rework with CnCVK on this. Very Happy

There was a problem with the installer, already fixed. RPCE works with TFD, you just need to re-download it.

No, I have the regular edition of YR, I wasn't affected by this bug. The tag renaming was unneeded, and with the amounts of bugs about stuff now working now, either it's not known how it works, or if it's fully working, but I'm not satisfyed. Like I said, I'll stick to 1.07b. Tis all I need to play MO with.

I agree with Moder666. A patch like this must support older mods. Many people uses many hours of their lives to make their mods. Once they are satisfied with it, they move into something else and hardly update it again. Attitudes like making these mods obsolette heavly affects the fans of these mods.
