how do i fix the AI.ini to make it so the tanks just goes out of the base of the computer and then just attacks without trying to regroup because they get in a big circle and just keep trying to get in the middle with no progress so they never attack. ill post a picture of it.

my old problem, i had this problem for a very long time.

Quote:
without trying to regroup

Use this script:

[NOREGROP-G]
Name=Attack Everything, no regroup
0=0,1
1=49,0

Channge to a higher value for these codes to fix it:
RelaxedStray= ; I use 7.0 and can have more than 80 units without getting stuck
Stray= ; I use 5.0

A long, long time ago i played with the mission controls and this caused my AI to attack with half of it's team at the regroup point and the other half still moving,.....i lost the method in how i did this though and havn't been able to recreate it since

Yeah, like someone could read my mind, i had this problem too, that they get stuck and you need to destroy some of the units to get the other ones to move.

Just so you know, those Stray are used for other actions as well besides Regroup (e.g. Gather), so eliminating Regroup from your scripts is not a complete solution.
