Maybe Frank took the march from somewhere else in which we just simply associate it as 'Hell March'?

They certainly just used the same sample. It can easily be found on the internet, i've heard it without the music. Yet it might have been taken from red alert because Franck had quicken the footsteps to match with the tune tempo and it sounds more like the Hell march tempo. They might have quicken it themselves as well.
Anyway, it's funny, no matter whereit comes.

Stock sound. I seriously doubt Frank would gather an army parade to make an authentic recording of his own.

More than likely it is from stock Red Army footage and Frank utilised it in Hell March. That being said the advert isnt too bad.
