Subject description: Inverse relations with Napalm
You wont believe what I found in tiberian sun! Remember the napalm bomb I was having problems with? Well not only did I solve it but I found a relationship between vs-dammage and the "unofficial" napalm dammage! Dammage varies inveresly: as percent of dammage against armor type increaes, the amount of continuing burn dammage decreases! IE: [High percentage= low dammage duration] while [Low percentage = High duration!] I'm not sre yet if the same amount of dammage is done in either senario but it did amaze me. I increased flame damage to heavy structures from 5% to 30% The intial dammage was significantly increased however the structure only took dammage for seconds more. Yet when the dammage percent was 5%, the intial dammage was almost unnoticed; but wait 1 minute or so and the structure was nearly destroyed! Make what you want of this information. Remember the warhead must have the animation "fire1" with multiple inaccurate clusters to produce the desired napalm effect. _________________ INTOLERANT OF IDIOTS QUICK_EDIT
