Requirements:
Rules.ini or rulesmd.ini
Open up your rules.ini file. Go to wherever your unit that you want cloaked is. There is just 2 commandments you have to insert they are:
Cloakable=yes
CloackingSpeed=number (how fast it takes a unit to cloak)
You can also have some other options like:
CloakStop=yes (unit cloaks when it stops)
For structures you could give them a cloak generator:
CloakGenerator=yes

umm, any ideas on how to stop the llaaaaaaggggg when you make a building that has CloakGenerator=yes set? it ssssuuuucccckkkkksssss. especially online

Another thing, you have to remember the sound effect for it. It's used for the sub units so it has that sound in the audio/visual bit, you'd need to change/remove that for it to sound right.

The stealth effect slows down the game because the code is not optimized for bigger buildings. In TS buildings were smaller.

I just added cloakgeneator to the allied battle lab.
it worked but dosnt go off when the power does.if you want you can download the sound i used.

TogglePower=yes

Toggle power related effects. Also was used for power toggle in TS.
