International Strategic Arms Vehicles: Lancer/Leviathan
Subject description: see if you like them
im debating with myself on whether or not to start my own mod, i am posting these here to see if you guys dig them or not, and if so, then i shall post them both in the voxel sections for you guys to download. this mod will feature units specifically from killzone, these two vehicles are what i have so far, so if you do like them, just tell me so, and they will go up in the voxel section
the lancer is a light battle vehicle armoured with a 30mm cannon, good enough to take out any type of heavy armour, but slowly, horrible against infantry, and great against other vehicles, it is weak against missile systems of anykind, and shells, but almost impervious to an attack from an infantry's light assault rifle
the leviathan is a heavily fortified version of the lancer, able to send troops into battle quickly and efficiently without much trouble, it is not equipped with any sort of weapon, its great amount of defense is this vehicles offense. more impervious to shell attacks, and missle systems, and has the same weakness to an attack by an infantryman
They are both very nice, especially the Lancer. Although that black 'antenna' seems a bit out of place IMO. But i think the community would like it if you released these ^^ _________________ QUICK_EDIT

well, i have fixed the tires, they are bigger, and actually look like tires, and for anyone wondering, yes this mod is for TS. and im sorry bonzy buddy, but the lancer is meant to have tires... it is so in the game. although, i will be making a tank but i have to go about it with my own designs... as there isnt one in the killzone games for the ISA... but thank you for your interests you guys. i think im going full board on this killzone mod, as i am very excited about it QUICK_EDIT

the wheels have been reworked to better suit the lancer, i for one think that it looks much better... but im opinion is bias, so its really what you guys think, so please, if you like it or not, or if there is a problem with it, dont hesitate to tell me what i can do to fix it. thank you all for you kidness on the voxels so far, it is much appreciated

Helghast Light Tank
this particular vehicle is showcased in Killzone: liberation, and is the mainstay of all helghast tanks in that particular game, i have recreated it and i hope you all enjoy... i havnt yet decided a proper name for any helghast vehicles, but i need to think of a theme for the helghast. all of the darker gray you see on the model will have a camoflauge of sorts on it, and the lighter will stay. i hope you all enjoy the update
EDIT: this voxel is still going under major work, as the hull needs to be a little wider, as the turret needs to be lengthened. i should not have posted this voxel here yet, but it is here so you guys can get to know the design aspects of the helghast vehicles

Update: Leviathan
yes yes, i have edited the wheels on the leviathan as well, so it still has the familiar look to lancer. i am thinking about finishing a pack of voxel's that go along with the ISA theme, as well as a pack of voxels with the helghast theme. so stayed tuned you guys, because there will be more voxels posted on this thread from me, i will eventually have all the killzone vehicles finished, and released for you guys in a voxel pack
PS:...the helghast vehicles incorperate hover technology... all of them do, so the tank that was posted does not have treads

Update: Helghast Light Tank
alright, i have widened the hull, widened and lengthened the turret. it looks much much better now than it did previously. i tried to put camo on the tank... but it looked too over done, i shall keep it like this, but add some more doodads and a bit more color... as it looks grayscale atm.

INGAME!!!!
an ingame of the infiltrator... previously known as the leviathan, i changed the name, it didnt fit the scheme of isa, anyway, enjoy, the lancer will have its own ingame aswell so you can see
The Lancer looks good now, but atst it looks a lil unbalanced. Seems it needs an extra pair of wheels, like the wheels on the Leviathan. Also, the Leviathan looks kickass ingame.
The Helghast light tank is a good voxel, but i just don't like the design of it. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
I still think the Lancer needs an extra set of wheels at the rear to make it look more balanced, right now it looks like it could tip backwards if the driver hit the gas, lol. But its a very nice voxel anyway. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
The Helghast is a dissident faction that has lived in isolation on Helghan, the former colonial outpost, for generations. When the planet was first colonized, atmospheric anomalies were not initially detected, and the children of the first colonists were born with deformities. Over time the Helghast have developed apparatus and techniques to ensure survival in their harsh environment allowing them to breathe the caustic air. The hardship they have endured has changed them so much, that they can no longer be classified as human. They are larger, tougher and harbor a burning hatred for mankind who sent them to Helghan. This hatred led to the first Helghan war.
Brief ISA History
The ISA (International Strategic Arms) is a group of outlying colonies under the control of Earth. Colonization efforts were of a great concern, as Earth’s population level was growing exceedingly high. Earth took its sights to the stars. After the colonization of planet Helghan, the Helghan people wanted nothing to do with ISA’s so called “imperialism” and set a course for their own government. This did not go over so well with ISA, as Helghan was a colonial outpost under the control of Earth government.. Tensions rose as the Helghast influence spread planet wide, and the Facist beliefs of Eisen Visari took a new perspective on the people of Helghan. new vehicle
alright, this is the helghast main vehicle... no name as of yet, but this chassis is used throughout the whole army, it can be equipped with missle racks, heavy machine gun turrets, a troop carrier, and much more. it is a very versatile unit that has proven itself over and over in combat. the colors are not yet finished, they need to be darker, and there will be more doodads on the final model
looks good! could do as an urban-pacifism APC... if you catch my drift .
here's the chassis I designed for you, I hope it's ok. don't worry about the lack of details... I just want to know if the shape's ok for your schema. If it is, I'll add the details. If it's not, just tell me what needs to be changed, and I'll modify it before adding the details.

update: a couple of things
my internet was out of comission earlier... so i decided to get off of my lazy ass and take a couple of screens, and code... its back up, and i have an update, an ingame of the 2 helghast vehicles i have done, the apc, and the light tank... still no names... but, not too worry, because, i doubt you all care of what there named... just what they look like... tehehe

The Infantry List
this is the infantry list to my mod, changes are bound to be made, but for now, this is what i have come up with, enjoy everyone

ISA
Rapid Reaction Force
Using advanced skills, tactical acumen and firepower; the RRF was set up to
ensure Helghan's first line of offense remains the ultimate deterrent to
potential aggressors.
RRF members possess a good mix of skills and attributes, but it is in the
area of leadership that their true value is found - their motivation and
aptitude form a focal point for ISA resistance forces that allow even small,
outnumbered squads to come out on top in general combat situations.
Regulars
The lifeblood of the ISA forces, these soldiers can harness their natural
aggression during combat and utilize their heavy weapons training to devastating
effect.
With a high resistance to incoming fire and enemy traps and mines that would
instantly kill their slighter counterparts, ever ISA squad needs at least one
soldier like this. Their powerful weaponry is also essential in the destruction
of some enemy emplacements, but the added weight hinders maneuverability,
leaving these human bulldozers with no option but to take the most direct route.
Shadow Marshals
The elite unit of modern day special operatives. Relying on cover, athleticism,
covert weaponry or just their bare hands, the Marshals' menacing reputation is
fully deserved.
More mobile than their other ISA counterparts, Shadow Marshals are able to quickly vault and climb ladders and ropes and crawl through vents; creating minimum disturbance and gaining entry to areas that would otherwise be inaccessible, or that enemies or comrades might not even be aware of. Shadow Marshals are also equipped with night vision goggles.
Field Operatives
This squad of undercover agents rely on nerve and diplomacy and can often equal
the difference between success and failure.
Whilst they receive standard weapon and tactical training, operatives must also
maintain a high level of physical fitness, allowing them to vault, climb etc.
in the field. One special Field Operative division is made of Human/Helghast
half-breeds these soldiers can bypass Helghast sensors, mines and sentry bots
without detection. They are also experienced operators of both human and Helghast machinery and equipment.
Helghast
Base Soldiers
Resilient, well trained and well armed, the Helghast Soldier is a formidable
opponent - their genetic make up means that Helghan offspring generally grow to
be of larger than average size. Such is the lack of opportunity on Helghan that
most young Helghast sign up or are conscripted into the armed forces where they
receive intensive teamwork and weapons training.
Assault Soldiers
Incredibly resistant to any type of damage, the Helghast Assault soldiers are
an asset to the Helghan army. Their heavy weapons training is sought after by
Squads and insertion teams alike, they are very versatile troops. They are slow
moving units due to their heavy armor and equipment.
Base Commanders
Base Commanders are the heaviest of all the Helghast troops, There armor and
fire power make even the heaviest of ISA tanks tremble in fear when opposed to a
Base Commander. These soldiers are equipped with the heaviest weapons in the Helghast arsenal and don’t hesitate to open fire on any unwelcome unit. The Base Commanders can raise a squad’s morale instantly, making the rest of the squadron perform better in Combat.
Bodyguard
The ultimate helghast infantry, though not as strong as a base commander, there
specialty lies within their weapons and maneuverability training. These soldiers
are faster than the average Helghast Base Soldier and can use there weapons to a
devastating effect against other infantry. When included in a squad of soldiers,
they will also raise a group’s morale, including vehicles. They are also capable of commandeering an enemy vehicle, as there extensive weapons training includes the hacking of ISA machinery and equipment. QUICK_EDIT

The Newest Addition to the Helghan War
This is the ISA heavy defense platform, Destroyer. it can desimate a helghast apc in 2-3 hits, and a light tank in 4. this tank is a heavy hitter among the isa forces, and the best thing about it, is the hull is just as versatile as the ISA IFV, or as you all know it, the Lancer. It can upgrade itself to have Missle Launching capablities, Heavy Machine Gun Turrets, and of course, a 120mm cannon equipped in the turret. This Hull is a prototype of the beast that will come, and you had better perpare yourselves for its arrival...
