I know its been a while since I posted about my mod, but I decided to change around the story since I thought it was okay, but not great. The first team: America

Strengths:

Income: The Americans currently control most of the Earth's resources after democracy fell in the US and was taken by Nationalists. At this point, they used the already booming economy to rebuild a sizable military. After thay have a big enough force, the US started attacking key recources. The Americans can build one Supply post per game to recieve income from their country.

Production: In response to the United States' actions, the United Nations set up an attack on the United States. They came unprepared, for the Americans had been pumping out war machines. The Americans have a 25% production speed bunus and 10% "discount" on units.

Technology: The constaint supplies coming into the US have allowed them to build hi-tech units: Heavy Laser Tank, Light Laser Tank, Hacker, Robot, Hover Tank, EMP ICBM, Orbital Laser System(OLS)

Electronic ID: Allows Americans to catch spies even with light infantry.

Weaknesses:

Production Costs: Plain and simple, unless it is a home battle, Americans have problems funding their forces due to eccesive costs.

Units:
Vehicles:
Light Laser Tank (Strong vs Infantry, Tanks Weak vs buildings)
Heavy Laser Tank (Strong vs Infantry, Buildings Weak vs Tanks)
Robot (Strong vs Tanks, Infantry Weak vs Buildings)
Hover Tank (Strong vs Buildings, Weak vs Infantry, Tanks)
Mobile Attack Platform (Strong vs ALL)
Reaper Light Tank (Strong vs infantry, tanks, aircraft Weak vs buildings)
Mobile Patriot Air Defense System(MPADS) (strong vs aircraft, defenceless vs rest)
Mobile ICBM(single-player only!) (weak vs ALL)

Infantry:
Assault Infantry (Stronge vs light infantry, Weak vs tanks, aircraft)
Heavy Infantry (strong vs tanks, infanry, aircraft, Weak vs lasers)
Mercenary (Strong vs infantry, Weak vs aircraft, tanks)
Hacker (Strong vs Computerized units/structures, Weak vs others)
Oblitherator (Laser, Strong vs Infantry, Buildings, Weak vs heavy vehicles)

Aircraft:
Bunker-Buster (Strong vs Buildings)
Stealth Bomber (Strong vs Tanks, Infantry, Weak vs Fighters)
Raptor (Strong vs aircraft)

Civilian Resistance:

Normally found in slums, the desert, and where the quality of life is poor. The Civilian Resistance is usually against the Americans depending where you find them.

Strengths:

Numbers: The Civilian resistance has upward of 1 million members allowing standard infantry (armed civilian, marksman) to be trained for next to nothing.

Production cost: These people usually use cannibalized vehicles allowing them to just buy the weapon's systems instead of the whole vehicle. This sharply drops production costs.

Weaknesses:

Armor: The quick assembly doesn't include armor plating.

Stolen Tech Costs: With a production cost of 200%(civilian units are pretty cheap), they have huge problems building US and UN tech.

*I'll have more when I have time*

Sounds like a good idea to me, However, the, American weakness is not such a good idea, in my opinion, as there are a majority of maps that are located in America, Like: The Aalamo, DC Uprising etc. So it's a bit unbalanced against all other teams... Well this is just in mu opinion anyway, Still, good stuff and some great idea's... Screen-shots cool too. Wink

Never (!) post screenshots in .jpg format. JPG makes crap look like shit.

And, well, keep working on it. So far nothing that catches my eye, except that USA will pwn everywhere with ease. (a bad thing)

The thing I will do to balance things out on American maps:

Non-Americans get buildings at start(they take them over at beggining invasion)

Americans start out with no vehicles or money(they gain it quickly though)

Other things will be done...

@Rattuskid: What do you mean?

... Guardian GI's standing in a straight line. Neutral Laughing
I Don't see anything new in the screen-shot, Dude... Only the special units added onto one side, Like what i did in Aro's rules... I'd like to have a conversation with you some-time about how to make special abilities, etc. Wink

It is going to be an almost total conversion, I will only keep the few things I like. The only things I am having trouble with under houses is the cost and production time bonus for the Americans.
