I have made several vehicle walking animation and they work absolutely PERFECT...
But then i wanted some animations on the transporter.
Appearanly there is no support for flying animations.
Do any of you know if there are?
And if there is then how?

Welcome to ppm, i'm pretty sure that TS has no support for flying anims, which unfortunatly include rotors.

Completely impossible. there are ways to imitate it but it ruins the hmlrs and your aircraft would have to become a shp which is not supported.

well what if you make the unit with the animation but instead make the unit a ground unit. If I recall, there is an unused locomotor in the ini. Perhapsyou could give your unit this locomotor and emulate flying while mantaining some properties of a ground unit.

Trust me all avenues have been tried and exausted, i myself looked into this when i started as well. There is NO way that you can animate aircraft in TS. If aircraft are important, try RA2 instead.

Making it an infantry should work, but that of course also comes with a bunch of drawbacks... Three of them will be able to stand on a single cell and they'll be built from the barracks (though you can get around that by making a separate barracks just for this unit or these kind of units).

Trouble is you still cant animate them effectivly, and if you could what about when it stops moving etc. Also i think afew methods where previously and you couldnt get it to fly over cliffs, over water and there was also something about bridges as well.
