River Help

I can't seem to get the river tool to work properly...any help would be appreciated on this matter.I have done what the manual says, all I get is dots, no river Idea

nevermind got the river to work,but now my question is, do waterfalls work ?

I can't say I've personally given Waterfalls a try. Only just managed to get Lake and River working within the last day or two. I haven't even tried use the raise land tool to create a mountain/hill, so I def ain't tried a waterfall.
Personally, I don't see why it isn't possible, as long as the section of the hill/mountain that the waterfall is coming over is flat then don't see why it wouldn't work.
I guess you'd have to prop use the river tool and put the dots along the top of the mountain, down the front of the mountain and across the lower ground as normal. Oh and obviously don't forget to use the dig tool on the top of the mountain (to the front edge) and on the ground directly below it so it works properly.
You'll prop have to zoom right in and use a very fine brush setting so as to not destroy the front side of the mountain.

How you get a perfectly flat front mountain though is anyones guess Confused
