It looks like it's missing lots of detail, dude. And it's pink at the bottom due to palette errors, most likely you've used RA2 pal on TS unit. Check on that, and go add detail. Then maybe it'll be worth downloading. _________________
The shape is a bit messed up, the original Montauk is much more round, and it's black, not grey. It even has those spikes on it's sides. Oh and one more thing. Even though it appears ingame as one vehicle only, the Montauk is actually a train-like vehicle.

i tried to make it from that image. But there's one one thing.. is it possible to make a train that isn't bound to rails? i'd totally make the other cars then. by the way.. anyone knows what the back looks like?

meh its a mix of dark grays and blacks get a texture of a black and add it to the voxel thats all you need your half way there but still its not as finshed as say djohe's one. _________________ Link to a document to see what mods i have and/or working on or working with

Anyways i didn't quite update it, because i'm right in front of my school exams, so i spent almost all my time studying.. But now i'm bored of studying and need some distraction.. I'll work on it a little more now and use al the comments on this. Thanks guys!

It'd be easier to make the Montouk if you compared the one you're doing to the SHP of th Montauk from TS(Here I'm assuming you have FS).
We already have a kickass Kodiak Voxel, It'd be great to have a Montauk one (could actaully use it in my Campaign).

Thanks for clearing that out Muldrake. I downloaded this one years ago but cant find the place where I downloaded it. I assumed it was made by Haydn or some other great voxeler at that time but I was not sure.
Sorry for ruining this topic, I just wanted to post that there was one out there that everyone could use and was looking good one that looked finnished. It would still be fun if someone could make a second part like in the screenshot and apply the train logic to it as a civllian train via map triggers.
I have not made it. And in the screenshot (not the ZIP file) the only thing that is edited is the HVA file for little better position.
By the way Muldrake do you got any internet link to Haydn or another place where you could download this one? QUICK_EDIT

I managed to get a total of about two hours to work on it, all split up in periods of 1 to 5 minutes (annoying parents, they dont understand i can't study all day without some distraction) And got this. I'm still not satisfied, still alot missing but i cant place it.
does it look better?
PS: sorry for no ingame pics, my mum still didn't give me back my ts disk

well, since it's a train-like vehicle, I assume the back of the first car is somewhat round, but not too round, so there can be some kind of bending joint between the cars. That goes with all of the cars. _________________

I like it so far, over time keep working at it and you will get it, youve rounded the top off just do the bottom a bit also the "mouth" like shape at the front the points are a little more bend into the center, your current mouth opening thing has strate spikes, sorry to be picky but thats what i noticed the most for some reason lol but keep at it mate and itl be cool _________________ Soader, Drum N Bass!!!!
