Here's the sniper unit for gdi that i made recently including cameo, you'll better use the "fearless tag" because i don'T worked out the crawlingfire and crawling frames.

Seems like a lazer sight? Its a nice SHP but the red line just doesnt seem right, it would look good if you could make it fade to transparentsy, but we all know that isnt possible.

Nice anyway, should be spotlighted, do we shotlight SHPs?

na transparency on infantry is not really a good idea...none then less it fades out, and ingame its another story, its looking nice there.

In TS the E1 'light infantry' was a generic one for both sides that was colored greyish. Nod specific infantry tended to be basically the same color, albeit a hint darker and some GDI infantry was colored a heinous yellow, but also were grey.

What we have here is an alteration of the E1 shp. It's not that bad, and understandable as to why it isn't golden colored... Although it still needs work (the laser just abruptly ends? That can't look good ingame), and the coloring is part of this.

it is, light grey & remap ever was gdi in TS, and squared was made inspired by the beta shots, gdi had a clear lightgrey and remap sheme, not really textured, it is gdi.
atleast we can say it can work neutral.

Something very wrong with this sniper is that he has a machine gun sniper. Three shots one after the other instead of just one.

Hrm... (stares at date of last post... *shrugs*)

Just refering (reffering?) to the laser issue... since the abrupt stop looks bad, and transparency is not an option, you could have it become thinner as it goes, making it -seem- to fade. I don't mean to make it thinner like a pencil tip, but go for a bit and then narrow it a pixel, go for a bit and narrow it a pixel... would take patience and some trial to get the length of the laser to feel natural but it could make the sniper look more realistic.

yeah, although that is a good idea "bumps" of more than a month or two. Just thought you'd like to know as you obviously read the date and were just trying to help.

Yeah, and watch out for Icyson55, Dcoder and Clarkson (banned atm #Tongue) if you do/say anything stupid or hugely obvious.

short-range snipers just use assault rifles, which can have 3-burst firing modes.

My fixed version. firing sequence now shot only 1 bullet also fix crawling sequence. I didn't remove laser due I like it.

If you not like Noddish color, it has GDI color too.
