Okay, I know I missed something but... When I play online, sometimes a GLA player gets a SCUD storm and it instantly charges over and over and over. Does anyone know about this and how is it done?

There's also an exploit with the underground system that uses the same technique and allows players to make units appear out of 0% built ones. Great fun for everyone.
