I thought Sidewinders were air-to-air missiles :S

Anyways, here's a comparison:
(looks a bit small for RA2...)

Here's the original, without deploy frames Smile

It was made by Dark_Elf (hence the topic title)

It isn't too small for RA2. It's even still too big for it. #Tongue

TS sized infs are perfect for RA2. Cant see why WW didnt make them that size in the first place.

TS sized infantry in RA2 are the perfect size, as Dregan says. The Sidewinder doesn't look maybe 100% the size we're into, it can be resized.

Did Dark_Elf make that unit from scratch? It seems like a mix-up of GGI and Flak Trooper.

It most likely is. But it looks good, either way.

Its 75% of its original size like most resized inf packs.

It a good piece of shp art as it doesn't look so much like a cut and paste job.

Also there is a limit to realism size and ingame praticability.

Not what, but who-
Xeno is a modder in ppm and has contributed a lot,
he has cancer in his temple and does'nt have long to live so other modders are wishing him to get well soon.

If you really want to know, RA2 infantry are sized the way they are because they wanted to show more detail than the tiny pixeled TS infantry.

But standard size shows that infantry is bigger than tanks...
