Two small questions

1. How can I change the order in which units and structures appear in the tabs?

2. Is it possible to change the amount of units for that type to appear when starting a skirmish game, if so how? For example, suppose I have a maximum of 20 units set to start in multiplayer, how can I make 2 of them be Grizzly Tanks and the other 18 GI's?

1. There's a tutorial in the Tutorial Vault, although it's inconclusive.

2. You can't define precise numbers, but the amount of units you get depends on their price - at game start, you get <value> credits, and the computer automagically buys crap which is designated as allowed to start in multiplayer for that amount. Experiment is key.
