ah that, thats the original RA1 logo, the RA1 logo is on hold at the moment, having trouble with the letters. and thanks Anderwin Very Happy

So would it be worthy of credit if it was a raster with a jazzy texture
no...

the very fact that it is a vector image of such high resolution means that it is flexible and could actually be put to good use

It's five minutes of work at best. Here, have a half arsed one I made in that time span from the images machine posted. Might cause some stretching being 4320x1000. Now, imagine what someone who actually put effort into this could achieve. It'd be a lot more impressive than these black blocks of text with potential.

I was never implying you're shit - you posted a relatively low res version of a (what seemed to be) a good vector of the logo. The fact that you could have easily boosted the size up to what I posted if you'd wanted but chose the low res version annoyed me - if you're going to post something for the community why not post the best you can? Even with that said, my vector is no more impressive than yours or likely anyone else who has tools to do them, but if you're just starting out vectoring it is a good start.

People stop giving TSHyper a hard time, if its that easy then why hasn't some other bugger done it before now? Confused

Anyway, personally i don't think there's much more you have to do, however comparing the gradient to that old B/W screenshot you need to add a bit more to it... I borrowed and toyed with the logo in PS, and i think i've got it as close as i can to what it may of looked like. Otherwise what you've done is fine i think Smile

EDIT: TSHyper, could you make a logo with the same style (you don't have to make a texture for it, black and white would be good) to say "Tiberian Glory : Twilight World". I can't even touch my PSP, so I'm quite helpless atm. I will give credit for you for the task, and I would appreciate it.
