Well, the holidays have (technically) started, and I feel like some good ol' public concept voxelling! Very Happy

So here we go, today we have a new Soviet Tank:

It was originally based off this YR Lasher Tank Concept:

Feedback would be much appreciated Wink

Very nice, though the body should be a nudge wider, and a little bit longer...

Its upto you, really, but personally I think it looks nicer longer. Smile Been looking forward to a Yuri Lasher Tank replacement for ages. Good voxel. got a comparison shot to the Lasher Tank?

O
M
G

That's awesome. It's quite perfect for the size of a Yuri Medium Tank (assuming Lasher is light). Although, the color scheme seems to lean a bit towards a mix of Yuri and Allied. Perhaps a small retouching of colors?

Either way, it's spotlight worthy, IMO. 10/10

the Lasher Tank can kick a grizzly's ass in normal YR. So I dont care.

Just bring a Grizzly Tank remake around one day. Wink

After some comments on Revora (the thread can be found here) I have made another updated version Smile

Now it's smaller, has track guards, the turret has been flattened, and the grey has been darkened a little Wink

I think you should add some texture above the tracks.

I personally liked it before the revora comments were added to it.

The track guards on the sides, and the top of them could use some detail definately. a Yuri logo graffiti'd on it mayhaps, some rust sprinkled on the guard trim. Mud, whatever.

The guards have been shrunken to show the wheels better Smile Now there's less cartoony glare:

This, I shall use. Very Happy

Looks great now, and is ready for spotlight. 10/10

(the next thing you should make is the hammerhead artillery or the mammoth artillery, TX. Check Rami's for the concept arts. #Tongue)

Pure win. I vote for a spotlight.

However, try making a Yuri version of it too? Yuri needs a medium tank! :p

yea wtf you guys, why hasnt this been spotlighted yet #Tongue. seriously though, this deserves a spotlight. if this doesnt get a spotlight, then it will be considered doing a serious injustice to all voxelers alike. it needs to be spotlighted immediately. Very Happy
