Is it possible to create a completly new brige that is 2 level high (where as current ones are flat or 4 levels high) and if so how?

Creating new bridges is impossible, you can only replace them. And I'm pretty sure height 4 is hardcoded.

I might mess around with making a cliff set that looks like a bridge then and peole will just have to live with not being able to destroy it.

Not like things need to go under such a low bridge anyway.

EDIT:
I'm not sure how to make these into tmps so that the units are 2 level high...

I still can't get those terrain tiles to work correctly...
The best ive managed to dois get just the concrete ground tiles to show but not the higher parts and units also can't cross it...

even if you make a cliff look like a bridge... its hight will still be 4. since cliffs and bridges are same hight. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't that be defeating the purpose?

Cliff can be made height 2 quite easily. In fact the terrain exspansion already has concrete cliffs which are 2 units high.

The height of a cliff can be what ever I want (providing grafics are made for it) the problem is getting that image into a tmp such that units can cross over the sections.

Real bridges can't be created, but bridges that are just tmps can easily be made.

Here they are: The header might have problems keeping the cliff face visible if you use a straight cliff wall beside it. Try using a corner instead.
