Magnetron Beam
I just wanted to know how to change the colour of the Magnetron's beam. For example I want to change the colour to dark pink, how do I do that? _________________ Smikerboyz QUICK_EDIT

Actually, I love the games, I just hate the limits, VK, so dont ztyping jump down my throat... I am sorry I do not have your 'leet exe modding skills', VK, to make Z/Rock/Whatever patch, but still, THere really was no reason to flip out on me. I did nothing to you. Bloody hell.
Also, Chiel, please be real...There are much easier games to mod. And they come with mod SDKs standard.
Also, pd, that screen is win. _________________ PPM's Reichstrollfuherer, 236th Trollenparties brigade. QUICK_EDIT
yup, they're hardcoded.
doesn't mean they can't be changed.
aw man Pad, i specifically do not mention that so you might keep it for a later date, and you still post it
Don't forget i was there in IRC along with your and D while you were figuring i tout _________________ Micro TS

I respect Westwood coders, and I hate everyone, who offend their work.

i think they hardcoded stuff because they did not want the coders messing with something that was finalized...
no. because it will decrease engine speed.

PD, may I ask how you did that? Or was it some .exe modification thing that I know I'd never understand?
Seriously VK, that was unwarantedly harsh... you'll find that you will be a lot more popular if you treat people with respect, and try to help them out of their ignorance instead of insulting their lack of experience. I agree that people shouldn't be posting comments about stuff beyond their experience, and that they should show more respect ot the people who had to write 1,000,000 lines of code, and I'm grateful to you for your willingness to go through all that coding and edit it for the community, but seriously... Chill. Out. _________________ When you've convinced yourself that killing an animal is 'murder', but killing an unborn human being is 'choice', you sir have become as dangerous as a person can be.

At first I didn't write anything about me.

I am sorry, but people prefer to scold everything that they don't like.
Yes, this is the best position - don't like it -> this shit.
Honestly, we would have less amount of stuffs, if the coders have been really lazy, stupid, etc, as described in posts. _________________ ARM forever - x86 sucks QUICK_EDIT

Would this exe modification be in RP or NP? I still haven't gone through all the features, but I'm getting there... _________________ When you've convinced yourself that killing an animal is 'murder', but killing an unborn human being is 'choice', you sir have become as dangerous as a person can be.
PD, we will follow you. Granted, that is, if you dare to lead. (We miss ya ol' boy)

Shut up.
Who are you? Coder, who write 1 000 000 lines?
Somebody else, who can estimate coding work?
Hardcoded = stuff not ini editable (at least in the vanilla game). It's not a statement about quality of coding, Sir Flipsoutalot. In the same vein that I can say with clarity that Oreos are black and white, despite the fact I am not a baker in the least. _________________

I wouldn't be surprised if the reason why PD told VK he couldn't use the name RP anymore was because PD is secretly working on a new RP... And because he has his own site (http://padsoft.sytes.net/) And truthfully I would think PD would be the right one for hacking the engine, just because he has more programing knowledge, And he is the only one that seems to bring new and original changes to the table... VK has only really continued on what PD has done... Hell I remember when PD sent me a shot of when he was trying to switch the side bar to right side. Crazy stuff I tell ya. _________________ MadHQ's Graveyard - Click here!

Anybody ever played Star Wars: Rebellion? Well, it had the Empire with their major command stuff on one side and the Rebs with it on the other. I think this would be a cool type of thing to add...
