C&C3 for Xbox or Computer?

Which one should I get? Im going to buy a 360 today, but was wondering if I should save up for a new computer and get it then.

If you can, get it for the PC. 360 might have a few extra modes (that can be scripted on the PC version btw) but it also has population caps because the 360 is not powerful enough to deal with so many units. And AFAIK the 360 doesn't get the patches the PC version does.

And then of course there are the fan maps and mods for the PC version that the 360 will never see.

You serious? C+C3 isnt that graphical of a game, hell the PS3 has games already out that crap over it, so why wouldnt the 360 be able to take C+C3 without a population cap Confused

Thats 1 thing i love about PC games, the mods/fan maps. I love consoles for shootem ups etc, but for RTS PC usually wins (however C&C, RA1 and Retaliation on PS1 was good actually). For the record i played C&C on PS long before i got even my first PC Very Happy

"C+C3"? Actually lags the X-360. I've done it a few times. the X-360 isnt that impressive, and EA set the game to downgrade itself as you add more players to a game. 2 players adn the tiberium glows, ecetera, 4 and it doesnt have all the fancy fog, ect.

Also, 360 should have patches. Check the X-Box live marketplace, they should be free, though. :S

anyway pc its just better pc is easier in my opinion

Mainly that it's dull, it held my interest for a whole week. Get something good, perhaps something like *insert old games which have nothing to do with C&C here*.
