VK has released a new and very original tool. It's the Load Screen Builder 1.0 that, as the name says, helps you to make kick ass loading screens with ease for Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge. You can download it at his site (by going to Downloads, under Tools).

Damn! This thing is a life-saver... It's ashame i have no idea how to get the loading screen to work in-game... Here's one i made for my soviet mission "[Operation: Garden of Eden]".

Attached are fixed background maps so they loop properly and you don't get the dodgy join. To use, just extract into the 'Templates' folder in the install directory of this software.
