X-66 Mammoth

This is the centrepiece to a set of TD voxels I’m working on, I’m trying to go for a realistic look instead of the usual cartoon style.

I love it, personally #Tongue

It has a really distinct realistic feel to it, plus despite being from the Mammoth Concept Art it reminds me of an ED tank from E2150, which is all good in my book.

Thought the barrel gets lost in the body a bit in the bottom left facing.

I Can see where Daz is coming from, but still, It's awwesome. Wink

I was expecting a good voxel as soon as i saw that the artist was MigEater.

imo the tracks and wheels should be hidden more inside the trackprotections. I would suggest moving them 2 or three voxel above and inside.

This way it would look tougher and the space that the trackprotections provide doesn't looks that unused. Right now it looks as if there can be two tracks on top of each other and one totally hidden inside the trackprotectors.

I used a diagram from the original TD manual & half a dozen different production renders to get the shape & proportions correct. It may look better lower but as it is it’s probably the most accurate Mammoth voxel ever made & I’m not gona change it.

I actually made a TD mod last year, I did it for fun tho & it was very ruff looking so I never released it, I’m sprucing it up a bit now tho for a possible release #Tongue
